Officials with MSU-West Plains’ Ozarks Heritage Research Center will host a presentation on “The Cherokee Nation” presented by Carol Silvey. The presentation will be about the Cherokee nation from 16-21st centuries. Refreshments provided. Carol Silvey is emeritus professor of history at MSU-WP. Silvey joined the university staff on Sept. 1, 1968, as a history instructor.
