The Howell County Community (HC3) will host a “Totally Pawsome” Pet Parade & Show from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Oct. 11, on the West Plains Civic Center lawn on East Main Street off of St. Louis Street. Proceeds from the event will benefit Ozark Pet Rescue and the West Plains Regional Animal Shelter. The
