Ozarks Healthcare is proud to host Project Homeless Connect, a one-day event bringing vital services together to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. Attendees can access free services including medical care, mental health and substance abuse services, health screenings, housing assistance, dental care, benefits enrollment, vision care, photo ID assistance, food, clothing, haircuts, and more – all in one welcoming location.
Project Homeless Connect is open to individuals and families in Howell, Douglas, Ozark, Oregon, Texas, Shannon, and surrounding counties.
