According to Yellow House organizers, “Ann Kulpa is one of the Ozarks’ premiere artists. Her style and depth in the art she creates is hypnotic. This is Ann’s finest work to date. We invite you to come and explore a her newest work. The Yellow House Community Arts is honored to have her as our special guest.”
Refreshments, coffee and treats will be served. From noon to 5 p.m. during the Downtown West Plains Fall Festival.
