Paint and Pie is a relaxed watercolor painting taught by Madison Callahan and this time you get to enjoy freshly baked pie and beverages during the class. This class is open to all skill levels and ages this is a BYOB event so please do so responsibly. Sign up in advance and get ready for a flavorful evening of painting and fun. The class cost 40 dollars in advance and covers paints, canvas, and instruction. ohh yeah pie as well

From organizers: West Plains Underground presents a night of grunge and metal music from two killer bands. Springfield’s own THE KURSK a band that has been around for a minute rocking stages all over. They have a blend of heavy riffs and haunting melodies that you don’t want to miss. Neon Scythe is a local hard rock based band that captures your attention and provides and energy driven set to get you moving physically and mentally. Our opening band is Emotional Support Animal to get the house rocking. Don’t miss the opportunity to see three amazing groups for one sweet price. The West Plains Photography Club currently has 34 members and meetings are at 6:30 p.m. the second Monday of each month in the Missouri State University-West Plains Creative Discovery Center, 411 West Main Street, Suite 1. Everyone regardless of age or ability is invited to join the club which has no membership dues.
The purpose of the club is to share and support everyone’s passion for photography arts whether they are a beginner or have been engaged in photography for many years. Present members include some who do not even own a camera to professionals who make a living by selling their art.
