Oz-Con is a gaming, cosplay and anime convention nestled in the Ozarks. The convention is hosted by Missouri State University-West Plains students and the community. The three-day event will have a little bit for everyone including Cosplay Events, Collector Card Games, such as Magic, Warhammer 40k, X-Wing, Role Playing Games, and much more. All proceeds of the event will go to help the Child Advocacy Center. Come help support a good cause, browse the various vendors, join a workshop, and meet celebrities on April 22 – April 24, 2022.

Stop by Galloway Creek Nature Park from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to visit with vendors about healthy lifestyle opportunities and activities for kids and adults. While you’re there, check out the newly paved trails in the park.

The Annual Youth Fishing Tournament for children ages 5-15 is sponsored by the West Plains Optimist Club. Fishing, door prizes, food and fun.
